We never ever sell or give away your personal information to third parties. We use the information you provide to send you emails, postcards, and eblasts about market dates & sales, and that's only if you give us permission to do that. You have the option to opt out at any time. We hate unwanted email as much as you do...and we promise never to send you an email about fake designer watches or enlarging anything.
We do use cookies. Mmmm...cookies. Anyway, we use cookies to record session information so that we can see what you add to your cart. We also collect info about what pages you visit while perusing our website--we don't know what pages each single visitor uses, but the information is stored so that we can track total user visits. Rest assured, we do not have secret video cameras that watch you snacking and drinking wine at night on your home computer while you're visiting our website.
Oh! I do list links to our favorite websites and other fun things in our blogs from time to time. These sites are not owned or operated by Flying Circle Bags or Mint™, and we cannot guarantee that those sites are governed by the same privacy policy and practices that we live by over here. We just provide those links for your added entertainment. We're fun like that.
We have no self-esteem issues over here. We are majorly secure. Our site is built with top-notch security control; it's so safe that Lauren and I can't see your credit card information (which is why we can't alter your confirmed orders once you submit them). We don't store your credit card information, either. All of your credit card and personal info is encrypted. What that means, I do not really know, but do I know it's a good thing. Remember the movie Tron? I imagine encryption is something like that, but more confusing.
Mint™ doesn't offer refunds, unless you receive a damaged item. We also can't process the refund without the RMA tag, which you will receive by mail from us once we approve the exchange or refund. Please contact us as soon as you discover your damaged item so that we can begin the long apologies and RMA process for you.
Once you receive your Order Confirmation in your email box, you will know your order is waiting here at mint™ to be processed. Once you see your order status (available in My Account--not my account, your account, you know what I mean) change from Pending to Processing, plan for your mint™ package to ship within 2-3 business days after that. We usually ship FedEx. Since we're shipping from Central Texas, you can guesstimate how many days shipping time your order will take to reach you on FedEx's colorful zone map at www.fedex.com. Someday soon, and before we retire, we hope to offer online tracking and options to expedite your orders if you need things faster than regular Ground. These things take time, people.
